Raising Cane`s in Reno

The first person behind the register huffed, rolled her eyes and left before I could order food. The shift supervisor reluctantly took my order 🙄. My appearance may have " triggered " something in their delicate nature. IDK, maybe they just don't like it when people say hello. I'd like to hope they weren't making false assumptions upon my appearance. The other time I was there I asked for extra sauce (my mistake). Manager informed me that I should have asked for some when I made the first order. I didn't know they charge for it. He kinda pushed it in my general direction from 3 feet away, " just.. take it !"." Thanks anyway, I just wanted sauce I wasn't trying to ruin your day"The food was great.

Always a great experience! Grabbed some kids meals to drop off at the kids daycare for lunch! They loved them!

Amid the ongoing problems in the world, I have yet to be let down, I was unable to go in the drive thru because I had a trailer, but thanks to the awesome staff, I still got my food, hot and ready. 99% of the time I go to Reno it is to eat here. Highly recommend stopping here

Best place for chicken and what not to say about the toast. They say home of the perfect box and I can agree 100% with them love the food,the environment,and they have such respectful employees great place to come with friends and family always clean and always fast and fresh

Great fingers and bread. Fries are ordinary. Slaw not my favorite. Always fast and reasonable.

Love Raising Canes anytime we go to Vegas or Reno. The employees at this store were friendly and I believe it was the manager who was consistently walking around checking on patrons.

Food is always amazing however I would next time take it to go! Every table was filthy and the entire lobby needed a good cleaning. Yes it was lunchtime 1:30pm when I visited but hey Cane’s how about you keep up and make every visit a good one!

The chicken "fingers" in this place are the best. Using quotes because they're huge, the 3 peace combo is usually enough for me even when I'm very hungry. Add their delicious and unique sauce and the Texan toast and you have an awesome meal. The drive thru is always crowded but take out doesn't take much. Shy of the 5 stars because de staff wasn't too friendly (not bad either).

Great chicken here. Service is speedy and friendly. Atmosphere isn't my favorite, as the music is usually quite noisy for comfort. The box combo is the best!

Extremely fast and really good chicken. Definitely tasted like real chicken and no over battered.

This location consistently gets my order wrong. When I filed a complaint I got a half-hearted corporate apology stating that theses things happen and I would just have to accept it. The food is good if you receive everything you paid for.

Typical fried chicken...it was ok but bothing extraordinary....staff were friendly so that makes a difference 😊

The chicken fingers are pretty good, with the fries and a lemonade. Very good service and the employees were very polite and friendly. Everything was clean and also very busy on a Saturday afternoon. Overall, good job!

The food is always delicious. However, I have to especially commend the service providers for how safely and efficiently provided our meal. This establishment is clearly obeying the social distance regulations during this pandemic.

Our order was accidentally skipped during a very busy rush! I asked about our order and they quickly checked on it. They offered to refund our purchase and get it out to us quickly. I declined the return and said we could wait. They made our food and brought out extra and gave us gift cards for our next visit. Things happen and I was impressed with Benjamin and his willingness to resolve the issue! Thanks for a great lunch!

The food is always so delicious and fresh. The staff is friendly and they get your food out faster than any restaurant I've been to. I absolutely love this restaurant and the atmosphere they create. They have given me five star food and service 100% of the time. Definitely recommend.

Food is pretty good. A little bit pricey for what it is, but not that bad. Everybody always raves over the sauce they have, their secret recipe dipping sauce or whatever. Yeah it's okay. Best way to describe it is.... mix Mayo, BBQ sauce, and ketchup together... Not exactly but pretty close. if you're getting something to go make sure to tell them no ice in the soda. Otherwise you'll get less than a can of soda's. worth in the cup. They use that crushed ice so they really pack it in, not that anybody really needs more soda... But I mean really guys, the most expensive part of any drink is the cup. The chicken itself is really good though. And they are usually super quick. Though I usually go inside. But I can't imagine the drive-through is much different. So don't let a long line deter you, so far I wouldn't say it's taken more than between 5 to 10 minutes to get my order no matter how many people are there.

Food was fresh ,customer service was great. Most importantly nothing was left out in the order. all the food was in the bag.

Raising Canes has a very simplistic menu the flavor of the breaded chicken is excellent the dipping sauce has a great flavor with a hint of kick to it that enhances and adds to the experience of the chicken the toast is good quality bread thick and tasty the coleslaw and Fry's are good as well. The hardest choice you will have here is the size of meal you want. The Caniac is extremely filling and satisfying. You get what you pay for and in my opinion the value of what you get is excellent.

Place is amazing. Always good and fresh. Lobby is always clean and people actually enjoy working there. Wish we had one in Carson City

Cane's didnt have a shirt in my size unfortunately but that's cool. I've never been to this establishment before today and I must say I'm impressed. I'm from California and I'm used to seeing at least 2-3 heroin addicts nodding off in the corner of a fast food spot. Not here though! Cane's bathroom was so clean I couldn't believe it. In the bay area this bathroom would be $3400 a month. Food was good. Only one sauce was a bummer. The employees here are cool. Get the lemonade.

We just left and this was the BEST LUNCH we've had in a long time. I was EXTREMELY impressed with the cleanliness and the service. They made you feel like family. The manager was so extremely polite and HE CAME out and introduced himself. WOW I love that... THEY JUST WON OUR BUSINESS.. Guys you don't need to go any where else for chicken strips they are the BEST IN RENO GUARANTEED We are now going here regularly thank you Raising Cane's we are hooked, and I LOVE THE SAUCE
